RESERVATIONS

You can make reservations in two ways:

  • Call 1-800-Holiday using code ACUI
  • Website using code RUT

UPDATE ON ROOMS AND CUT OFF

  • We have 65 rooms for Nov 2/3 and 9 for Nov 1st
  • Cut off is Oct 19th

ACCOUNTING

  • If paying with university check- must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance of the Expected Arrival Date. Otherwise, a credit card will be requested and authorized for the estimated cost of stay. Once check clears the card is then released.  Use Credit Card Authorization form located on the links on the right.
  • As most of us carry the non-exempt status - you will need to submit that to the accounting department to get the tax removed.

There is a restaurant, health & fitness center, indoor pool and free WiFi on the premises!
